Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Support payroll processing and tax documentation
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Perform data entry in QuickBooks and Excel
- Conduct internal audits for compliance checks

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (preferred)
