Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial transactions and maintain accurate general ledger records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare bank reconciliations and account analysis reports
- Support accounts payable/receivable workflows and vendor management
- Contribute to internal audits and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
