Responsibilities
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor management
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for transaction recording and analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (graduating seniors welcome)
- No prior experience required; training provided for motivated candidates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with basic formula knowledge
