Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Support audit processes by organizing financial documentation
- Enter and maintain data in accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency preferred)
- Perform basic tax compliance tasks under supervision
- Communicate financial updates to clients and team members
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
