Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting tasks
- Support audits by preparing documentation and schedules
- Manage expense reports and maintain accurate financial records
- Learn and apply GAAP principles under mentorship
- Contribute to month-end closing procedures
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Excel) for data entry
- Participate in cross-departmental financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
