Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile monthly financial statements for 15-20 client portfolios
- Assist with full-cycle bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare tax documentation and support audit preparation processes
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for financial data analysis and reporting
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for corporate accounts
- Collaborate with senior accountants to improve financial workflows
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (graduating 2023 or 2024)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant coursework or internship in accounting preferred
