Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist with payroll processing, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct account reconciliations and support internal/external audit processes
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and financial modeling
- Participate in tax preparation activities including W-2/1099 processing and sales tax filings
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance department efficiency
- Adhere to GAAP standards and maintain strict data confidentiality protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
