Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and reconciliations
- Support tax filing processes and documentation for individual/business clients
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and financial analysis
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow reports
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparation and compliance
- Document accounting procedures and maintain organized client files
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or professional experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
