- Process accounts payable/receivable and perform monthly reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement preparation and audit documentation
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure data accuracy
- Support tax preparation and compliance activities
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial reporting
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Adhere to GAAP and internal control standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
