Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation tasks
- Prepare financial statements and reports under supervision
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) for data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during internal/external reviews
- Adhere to GAAP standards and company financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant coursework in taxation or auditing preferred
