Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and bank account audits
- Support budget analysis and variance reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on financial initiatives
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (graduating seniors welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
