Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Verify and code invoices and expense reports accurately.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing tax documentation and financial reports for internal review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
