Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes with precision and timeliness
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Support audit preparations by maintaining accurate financial documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry, reporting, and financial modeling
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Microsoft Excel functions
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
