Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Input and maintain financial data in accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency a plus)
- Perform data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with audits and tax preparation documentation
- Learn and apply accounting principles under guidance
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
