Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger records with precision.
- Support the tax department with data collection and the preparation of federal and state tax returns.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile discrepancies in financial records.
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for external auditors.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to streamline financial workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Detail-oriented approach with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interaction.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
