Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain general ledger accuracy
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support internal audits and compliance documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget tracking
- Prepare tax documentation and support filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
