Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Support the audit process by gathering and organizing financial documentation.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) to manage financial data accurately.
- Communicate with clients regarding invoices and account inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (internships included).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
