Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation
- Support tax filing and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and journal vouchers
- Conduct audits of expense reports and vendor invoices
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Knowledge of GAAP and basic tax principles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and in teams
