Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Prepare bank reconciliations and expense reports
- Support audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis
- Update financial databases with new information
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
