Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Contribute to financial reporting and analysis under supervision
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Excel) for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
