Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing processes including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and transaction verification
- Prepare financial statements and reports under senior supervision
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems like QuickBooks or SAP
- Conduct data analysis to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance
- Participate in internal audits and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Strong attention to detail with 95%+ accuracy in data handling
- Ability to learn new software quickly (training provided)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
