Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Prepare tax documentation and regulatory filings under supervision
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives
- Document accounting processes for team knowledge base
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Familiarity with GAAP and basic tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments
- Relevant coursework in intermediate accounting preferred
