Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain the general ledger and assist with budget preparation.
- Assist with the annual tax preparation and external audits.
- Prepare and file various government reports and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience (internships considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
