Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and authorization.
- Assist with the preparation of tax documents and audit schedules.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and digital records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
