Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation tasks
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports under supervision
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Learn and apply accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Valid California driver's license (for occasional off-site tasks)
