Responsibilities
Prepare and post daily journal entries to the general ledger.
Assist with the month-end and year-end close procedures.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
Process accounts payable invoices and manage vendor relations.
Support the accounts receivable process and collections.
Assist external auditors with requested documentation and schedules.
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and update financial records.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or currently enrolled in a relevant program).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP) and general ledger functions.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
