Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Support payroll processing and tax filings
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Manage vendor contracts and expense tracking
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting operations
- Comply with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Participate in quarterly audits
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
