Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized digital and physical accounting documentation
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial data analysis
- Learn and implement accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
