Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and reconciliations
- Support general ledger maintenance and account analysis
- Contribute to payroll processing and tax documentation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- QuickBooks certification preferred but not required
