Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements using GAAP standards
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and analyze financial discrepancies
- Support tax preparation and documentation for corporate clients
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial data management
- Contribute to internal audit procedures and compliance checks
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (internships accepted)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
