Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry and transaction recording
- Prepare financial statements and reports under supervision
- Support month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Excel) for financial tracking
- Conduct basic tax preparation assistance and document management
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
