Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist with monthly reconciliation of bank statements and general ledgers
- Support financial reporting under senior accountant guidance
- Manage data entry in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Organize and maintain financial documentation
- Contribute to audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on financial projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- QuickBooks knowledge preferred but not required
- Ability to learn financial systems quickly
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
