Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end closing processes including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for small to medium-sized businesses
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and vendor communications
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation under CPA guidance
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or professional experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, and accounting software
