Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare basic financial reports and budget analyses for management review.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation and filing systems.
- Support the tax preparation process by gathering and verifying necessary data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (internships are highly valued).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills a plus.
- Working knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
