Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and monthly reconciliation processes
- Assist with preparation of financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct data entry and maintain organized financial documentation
- Collaborate with auditors during external review processes
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite) for transaction processing
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Fundamental understanding of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
