Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Process and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings under supervision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (internships welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and QuickBooks or Xero.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
