- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency preferred)
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong numerical aptitude and detail orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Willingness to pursue CPA certification (company supported)
- Valid Texas driver's license (required for client visits)
