Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledgers
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial statement preparation and analysis
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transactional accuracy
- Support audit processes by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with senior accountants on tax preparation and compliance tasks
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge of GAAP principles and basic accounting concepts
