Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budget analyses.
- Perform data entry and ensure data integrity within accounting software.
- Support the external audit process as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships considered).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
