Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts and maintain accurate general ledger entries
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation requirements
- Process payroll and maintain employee expense reports
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, MS Dynamics) for data entry and analysis
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting practices
