Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor invoice management
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial reports and statements under supervision
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Conduct basic tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on client engagements
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
