Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Perform data entry in accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Support tax documentation and compliance procedures
- Conduct expense report audits and vendor invoice reviews
- Contribute to internal control documentation
- Collaborate on month-end closing processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- QuickBooks certification or equivalent software knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information
