Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation
- Support audit procedures by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data entry and reporting
- Collaborate with tax department on compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- QuickBooks certification or practical experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in numerical tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
