Responsibilities
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and general ledger entries
- Assist with preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with strict attention to deadlines
- Support audit procedures and documentation requests from external auditors
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
- Contribute to month-end closing processes and variance analysis
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for transaction processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- 0-2 years of relevant internship or academic accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- CPA exam candidates or recent graduates encouraged to apply
