Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist with monthly financial statement preparation
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
- Support tax filing documentation and compliance
- Manage client bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
- Conduct data entry and maintain digital filing systems
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit preparations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or pursuing)
- 0-2 years relevant accounting experience/internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
