Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks proficiency required)
- Support audits by preparing documentation and schedules
- Collaborate with senior accountants on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Respond to client inquiries regarding financial transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged)
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles and accounting cycles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
