Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and journal entry preparation
- Maintain and organize digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Support tax preparation activities including document collection and data entry
- Generate financial reports for management review and client meetings
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Basic knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
