Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile client accounts using QuickBooks and Excel
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Assist with audits and tax preparation documentation
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll transactions
- Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support senior accountants in financial analysis projects
- Communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged)
