Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax documentation under GAAP guidelines
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years experience)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and basic tax regulations
