Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks and SAP
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Manage vendor invoices, expense reports, and payroll processing
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of professional accounting experience (students welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
